Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering

Contrary to the other PG-level courses, the PhD programme in Computer Science and Engineering has a limited amount of coursework while keeping its prime focus on research work, finally leading to a thesis. The program is designed to prepare scholars for highly rewarding and responsible positions both in academia and research labs.  

During the programme, all students need to write a research proposal and begin conducting research accordingly, which eventually culminates in a PhD thesis. Doctorate students also get an opportunity to publish their work in leading national and international journals, events, and conferences concerning the research area chosen by them.
