Admission Procedure

Admission Guidelines

All the admissions are strictly done on the basis of eligibility criterion decided by AICTE, UGC, Affiliating Universities, Affiliating Board, PCI, NCTE as per the State Government guidelines.
An Eligibility criterion for all Undergraduate programmes is completion of Class 12th from any of the recognized boards of India and satisfying the eligibility percentage and age as per the required norms.
Applicants who are currently appearing in class 12th exams in year 2024 can also apply for admission subject to their meeting the eligibility criteria once the results are declared.
Pre-qualification criterion for all Postgraduate programmes is graduation from any recognized university in India and eligibility test ranking/percentage/ criteria established by Approving Body and Affiliating University.
Applicants appearing in graduation examinations in the year 2024 may also apply for admission to Post Graduate programme.
AU reserves rights to for final admission on the basis of Personal Interview wherein applicable or eligibility norms.

Registration & Admission Procedure

Visit Admission office at Amrapali University campus with your documents and get yourself registered by making the payment of registration fee Rs. 1500/- preferably online through website/ ERP.
Alternatively click [APPLY HERE] button at right side of the screen to fill online application form. Submit the application form and submit fee through online links available at the registration panel.
Registration is open for session 2024, to proceed for registration click [APPLY HERE] button at right side of the screen. Last dates for submission of the registration for different courses will be declared online.
Once registered the candidate will receive an e mail from admission office with further steps to proceed further with admission. Also the candidate will receive a personal call from allotted counsellor for further assistance.

Payment Modes

Online Fee Payment

AU Students can make online payment of all fee related to Registration fee/ Academic fee/ Hostel & Other fee online through website/ ERP.

Refund Policy

The fee refund to any specific programme is strictly as per Government Policies, a student is required to fill the refund form and submit the same with a request from their parents stating the clear reason for refund. The refund process in general takes minimum 30 days time period.

Education Loan

We at AU aim at supporting deserving/meritorious students in availing financial assistance support for pursuing their higher education.

In order to encourage students to take up higher education despite their financial shortcomings, as per Government policies most banks are providing attractive loan facility to students.

Students can avail loan from any bank. However, for the benefit of its students,

We help our students in speedy disposal of their loan applications. During June-August, a help desk is set up inside the Admission cell for the benefit of students seeking financial assistance from the bank.

Procedure for Availing Bank Loan
Assistance

Students who want to apply for Educational Loan will need an offer letter from the AU. However, the students and their parents/guardians shall be responsible for obtaining sanction and repayment of the sanctioned loan and all kinds of liabilities and consequences arising thereof, if any. AU shall not be liable and responsible in this regard.
