Amrapali University Scholarship Policy 2025-26

Amrapali University has been at the forefront of efforts at a national level to ensure accessibility of high-quality higher education for all meritorious candidates. The University introduces handsome scholarships Year on Year, which often have proven to be the trend setters for private Universities in India. This document provides clarity on the types of Scholarships and Waivers that students have the possibility of availing depending on their candidatures.

A. MERIT SCHOLARSHIP (On Tuition Fee): Both for UG & PG

G. SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP (On Tuition Fee)

To be eligible for the Sports Scholarship, Candidates must demonstrate regular participation in their chosen sport for a minimum of three years. This includes involvement in international, state, distt. or national level competitions. Documentation, such as certificates or letters from coaches, may be required to verify participation and level of achievement. Category of players Scholarship Percentage:

H. AUSET SCHOLARSHIP (On Tuition Fee)

Amrapali University Scholarship Eligibility Test will be compulsory with prior registrations only. Test can be conducted Online & Offline modes with AU as Test Centre. Final cumulative score will be calculated by giving 50 percent weightage to AUSET Score and 50 percent weightage to the marks obtained in 10+2 / Graduation. It will be applicable for both UG & PG.

Scholarship Guidelines:

The application will only be accepted once the requisite document for scholarship eligibility is attached and verified by the admission board.
Once the scholarship is approved, the scholarship amount for the first year will be automatically adjusted in the student fee account in the 2nd semester. Moreover, the students have to claim their eligibility for the renewal of the scholarship in their next years of pursuing the enrolled Program. The eligibility criteria and perusal of the application for the same will be as notified from the Dean Student Welfare (DSW) office.
The scholarship amount will be adjusted in the fees of even semesters (II, IV, VI, VII), only if eligible.
In case, the scholarship is rejected due to non-compliance of eligibility or non-submission of requisite documents students won’t get any further chance & will be given timely intimation.
Any student if has got his / her scholarship forfeited due to not adhering to any scholarship criteria will lose the scholarship claim in subsequent years.
Should have clear all the dues and paid the entire fee of the programme for the particular semester.
Should not be receiving any other scholarship from any other Govt. / Govt. Organization/Institute.
Attendance should be 75% and above
There should not be any back log in any subject (Theory and Practical)
In Merit Scholarship, Merit entry slab of 1st year needs to be maintained & in case of lower percentage next lower slab scholarship can be applied for.
Student should not have been involved in any indiscipline act resulting in rewarding punishment in the Previous Year
In Merit (For UG): Scholarship will be admissible to students on the basis of marks obtained as:
- For Science –Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English + Additional
- For Bio – Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English + Additional
- For Humanities – Geography, Economics, Political Science, English + Additional
- For Commerce – Economics, Accountancy, Informatics Prac. + English + Additional
*Additional Subjects – Physical Education, Hindi, Yoga, General Studies, Computer Science, History, Drawing, Music etc.
(Best of five subjects with English as one of the compulsory subject for calculating percentage for scholarship)
Only 1 (One) Scholarship at a time is applicable for every student.
Amrapali University Scholarship are subject for Management Board discretion and any changes if made, shall not be challenged for availing scholarships.
