With 14 years of experience teaching hotel management at Amrapali University, she focuses primarily on Front Office operations and student mentoring. Alongside her teaching, she holds a Ph.D. in Sustainable Tourism, with research published in Scopus and Springer journals and presented at academic conferences. In the classroom, she handles core front office management and essential operational procedures. Within the campus, she actively contributes as a class coordinator, alumni coordinator and club coordinator. Her practical approach and steady involvement help guide students and keep them connected throughout their academic journey.
