Dr. Sarita Rawat is an accomplished academician and pharmaceutical professional with over 8 years of teaching experience and 2 years of research experience. She holds a Ph.D. from Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur. She completed her M.Pharm from Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Technology & Science (SGRRITS), Dehradun, and B.Pharm from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal Central University, Srinagar, Uttarakhand. Currently serving at Amrapali University, Haldwani, she is actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic development. She has delivered guest lectures at various academic platforms and was awarded the Best Research Scholar Award (2023). Her expertise includes patient counselling, pharmacovigilance, and clinical research. She is a lifetime member of APTI and APP and a registered pharmacist with the Uttarakhand State Pharmacy Council.

Dr. Rawat has published 23+ research and review papers in national and international journals and contributed 13 book chapters with Elsevier and Springer. She has also filed 5 Indian patents and serves as an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Pharma and Biomedical Insight. Her research has received 126 citations on Google Scholar, with an h- index of 7 and an i10-index of 5.

Her research expertise lies in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacology, with a strong emphasis on patient-centric healthcare approaches, clinical and pre-clinical trials, and pharmacovigilance. She has conducted research in major therapeutic areas such as diabetes and epilepsy, focusing on improving treatment outcomes and patient quality of life. Dr. Rawat is skilled in ADR monitoring, patient counselling, clinical data analysis, and evidence-based practice. She has actively guided undergraduate students in research projects and dissertations, contributing to academic and research excellence. She has also organized national-level webinars, participated in workshops and faculty development programs, and continues to explore emerging areas in pharmaceutical sciences including clinical research methodologies, healthcare outcomes research, and rational drug
